Model year: 1996 or newer
Personal requirements
- Old enough to sign a credit agreement in your state (18 in most states)
- A US address in a state where Yendo is available
- Verifiable income
- A valid government ID
- A smartphone to use the Yendo app for photos and account management
Yendo reviews credit and income, but the vehicle carries much of the weight. People with thin or damaged credit can still qualify if the rest of the application is strong.
Owned, leased or financed all work
If you own the car outright, you'll send Yendo the paper title. If it's financed or leased, the process uses your existing loan or lease details instead, and your limit depends on how much equity you have after what you owe.
What to have ready
- Your ID and basic personal details
- Income information, in case Yendo asks you to verify it
- Your vehicle title if you own the car outright
- Your auto loan or lease details if the vehicle is financed
- Clear photos of the vehicle, taken through the app

How to improve your chances
- Know your equity. Look up your car's value and subtract any loan balance. More equity usually means a higher limit.
- Fix title issues first. Make sure the title is in your name and matches your ID.
- Document your income. Steady, verifiable income helps even when your score is low.
- Check your offer before committing. Pre-approval doesn't affect your score, according to Yendo.
